Orange CI & Burkina: The Employee Committee App
For Orange Côte d'Ivoire and Orange Burkina Faso, we developed the mobile application for the Employee Committee (CE). The goal was to centralize communication and digitize access to benefits for all employees.
The app allows the CE to publish news and launch surveys, while giving employees easy access to all their perks: CE programs, partnerships, movie ticket purchasing, and event declarations (marriage, birth).

Before the app, CE information was scattered (emails, posters). Employees struggled to track offers and news, leading to low engagement and a lack of awareness of available benefits.
Our solution was to create a single mobile application, serving as a one-stop shop. It modernizes the CE's image, simplifies management for administrators, and improves the employee experience by making all services accessible with one click.
